Margo Hall-Lemelin B.Ed., M.Psych.
I worked as a school teacher for many years before returning to university. My studies at University of Ottawa focused on cognitive, psychodynamic, relational, attachment and experiential models of psychology. These perspectives provide me with different therapeutic approaches based on client’s needs.
I have practiced as a clinician for twenty years with both women and men and am comfortable working with a large range of issues: depression, anxiety, and issues relating to losses.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist needs to evolve within an emotional space of safety, compassion, and mutual enlightenment.
